I am an engineer from Taiwan who came to Japan in 2016 to create services that serve as a bridge between Japan and Taiwan. Until 2019, I worked at various companies as a developer, taking charge of multiple projects. In April 2019, I founded Alion, and later in December of the same year, I established Alion Co., Ltd. in Taiwan. Currently, I am engaged in various business initiatives aimed at strengthening the relationship between the two countries.

Founder of Source Capital, with extensive experience in the U.S. and China markets and a strong background in cross-border investments. Specializes in venture investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and post-investment management, and has served on the boards of multiple companies to drive growth.

Co-founder of Xinlü Technology, primarily responsible for technology consulting and product design. Previously involved in a wide range of technologies including embedded systems, web front-end and back-end development, mobile applications, and blockchain. Experience spans across multiple industries such as hospitality, finance, education, printing, e-commerce, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Former Business Development Director at Huayang Venture Capital, with experience in startup accelerator operations and government program mentorship. Skilled in guiding startups from 0 to 1 and connecting them with strategic resources.

For the past fourteen years, I have been engaged in the domestic venture capital and angel investment sectors. At Shin Kong International, I helped the company establish a joint venture fund with Japan’s SBI, co-managed and co-invested with Taiwan’s National Development Fund, covering industries such as gaming, technology, digital innovation, agriculture, and services. In addition, I supported the NCTU Angel Club and individual angel investors in deal sourcing and investment management.

Originally from Taiwan. After graduating from a university in Japan, I built extensive experience in the retail industry in Taiwan, where I was responsible for store operations and organizational management.
Later, I transitioned into the startup sector and founded my own company in 2022. I am currently engaged in international business development, focusing on Taiwan, Japan, and the United States.
